Break Down Your Game Film

If possible, record your games or practices. Watching yourself play is one of the fastest ways to spot mistakes you don’t notice in the heat of the moment.

Look for:

  • Shot selection: Are you forcing low-percentage shots?
  • Turnovers: Where do they happen most often?
  • Positioning: Are you in the right spots on offense and defense?

Take notes, and create a practice plan to address these weak spots. For example, if you lose the ball under pressure, dedicate a week to dribbling under defensive simulation with your Muted Motion ball.
