If possible, record your games or practices. Watching yourself play is one of the fastest ways to spot mistakes you don’t notice in the heat of the moment.
Look for:
- Shot selection: Are you forcing low-percentage shots?
- Turnovers: Where do they happen most often?
- Positioning: Are you in the right spots on offense and defense?
Take notes, and create a practice plan to address these weak spots. For example, if you lose the ball under pressure, dedicate a week to dribbling under defensive simulation with your Muted Motion ball.
